It is therefore quite natural that during the season from December to March, retail markets are organised for lovers of this noble mushroom.
Villeneuve-Minervois is also the birthplace of the Confrérie Los Trufaïres de Vilanovà de Menerbès, which brings together truffle growers, enthusiasts and truffle craftsmen. This brotherhood promotes this noble product through various events.
