Truffle butter
200 g soft butter
14 g black truffle
• Use soft butter.
• Allow to soften at room temperature.
• Work with a fork, incorporating generously the grated truffle (7%).
• Place the truffle butter in a pretty ramekin.
Excellent on toast.
Truffle butter can be frozen.
Brie de Meaux with truffles
200 g Brie cheese
14 g black truffle
• Cut the Brie de Meaux in half horizontally.
• Grate a truffle with mascarpone and mix.
• Spread this mixture generously and close the cheese.
• Cover with cling film.
• Leave for 3 or 4 days in a cool place before serving.
